Carson Siler, Founder & CEO

Carson is the Founder and CEO of Carson Laine Fitness. Her health and fitness journey began in the early 2010s as a coach and bikini competitor, where she qualified for NPC National Championships in 2015, 2016 and 2017. After hanging up her suit, she shifted her focus fully to her business. She is certified as a Fitness Nutrition Specialist, Personal Trainer, and Behavior Change Specialist through NASM, as well as certified Intuitive Eating Coach. She received her Bachelor of Science in Psychology From Gonzaga University.

She currently resides with her family and pup, Nora in the PNW.

Jennifer Fishman, Assistant Coach

Jen is Carson Laine Fitness’s Assistant Coach as well as a content creator. She began her fitness journey in 2014, where she trial and errored her way through, using her background in Biology and Public Health. After giving birth to her first baby in 2018, she became a client of Carson’s for several years. She trained as a coach under Carson and has enjoyed crossing over from content creation to coaching. She is certified as a Fitness Nutrition Specialist and Personal Trainer through NASM. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Purdue University and her Masters in Public Health from Indiana University.

She currently resides in the Midwest with her family, Great Danes, and her horse, Della.
